Terms of Service

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation via WhatsApp from Makkah Madinah Taxis.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are fixed. The agreed price will not change unless journey details are modified.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Within 24 hours, an admin fee of up to 20% may apply. No-shows are charged the full fare.
4. Flight Delays
We monitor flights for airport transfers and adjust automatically at no extra charge, provided the original flight number was supplied at booking.
5. Passenger Conduct
Makkah Madinah Taxis reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are abusive or pose a safety risk.
6. Liability
We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or events beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
